You may be able to make a discrimination claim if your employer has knowingly treated you unfairly or differently from other members of staff.
Discrimination comes in many forms and may be because of race, skin colour, religion, age, gender, disability or other differences.
Everyone has the right to be treated in the same way regardless of their faith, age, racial background and so on, and employers should not discriminate between people for any reason.
If you have been treated differently because of any of these things you could be entitled to make a discrimination claim. Check out bullying claims.
